Paoli Way. The swim finish will be located in the same location. The 5K run and Aquathlon finish line will be located on E. Paoli Way. K9 Splash and Dash (50 yard swim, 200 yard run) | Start Area:
North end of the beach on E. Paoli Way in Marine Stadium. All races will start from this point.
5K Course Route:
The 5K is a loop course. The start/finish area is on E. Paoli Way in Marine Stadium.
Start/Finish line will be on E. Paoli Way about halfway down Marine Stadium.
Runners will travel north to the sidewalk that wraps around the northern end of Marine Stadium and around to Boathouse Lane.
Runners will run to the southern end of Boathouse Lane and u-turn.
Mile 1- Located as the runners are running south on Boathouse Lane, about .05 miles prior to the u-turn.
Exit Boathouse Lane and turn onto the southern sidewalk adjacent to E. Eliot St.
Left off of the sidewalk around the northern end of Marine Stadium and then right on E. Paoli Way.
Left on Nieto Ave. then left on E. Apian Way
Mile 2- On Apian Way, 48 yards east of the intersection of Nieto Ave. and Apian Way.
Left on E. 3rd St.
Right on E. Paoli Way, runners will travel to the southern tip, u-turn, and finish back at the start/finish line.
Mile 3- On E. Paoli Way, .1 mile prior to finish line.
Finish- Halfway down Marine Stadium on E. Paoli Way
Parking:
Participants can park in the lot on E. Paoli Way at the south end of Marine Stadium, as well as in the parking spaces all along E. Paoli Way. Parking will also be available on Boathouse Lane and there will be limited free street parking available in the surrounding neighborhood.
Volunteers can park for free in the E. Paoli Way parking spaces on the northernmost end of Marine Stadium. | |
